The Live Studio - Barre

Sculpt and tone the entire body

Channel your inner ballerina with Barre, an energising, ballet- inspired workout that blends elements of ballet, yoga, pilates and strength training. Using isometric movements on the barre, each class works to build alignment, strengthen your core and tone and elongate muscles.
