Stronger for Summer

This programme recommends around 3.5 hours per week, focusing on HIIT and toning, balanced with stretching. You can, of course, choose to join the LIVE versions of these classes if you prefer.

You can choose which days you workout to fit around your schedule, but you should complete all the sessions for each week.

The classes are suitable for all fitness levels, with our expert instructors always offering adaptations to either increase or decrease the intensity.
